Veteran Sisters membership is open to anyone who suffered sexual trauma while serving the United States in the military or as a first responder.
*For Veterans, character of discharge is not a
consideration for membership.
A Battle Buddy has your back. The Veteran’s Sisters Battle Buddy Program is a peer-to-peer support system that connects female Veteran’s, creating a support network to help each other through the unique challenges they face after MST.
We specialize in helping our members apply for V.A. benefits related to MST. Our claims volunteers are members who have gone through the process already.
We must hold perpetrators of rape and sexual assault accountable with consistent, action-deterring military punishments after civilian law enforcement who specialize in sex crimes complete an investigation.
Because of the high ratio of PTSD and MST survivors among the small percentage of female Veterans, many are too intimated to start the process or are triggered during the process and become unable to advocate for themselves and not get the help and support they need.
But, we know exactly how you feel, because we've been there. And we'll watch your back while you try to navigate life after MST.
